A gentle start in Play Group
Play Group helps children to settle into school, form good habits and learn to be with others. Games, toys and play are how the youngest children learn.
Kindergarten: Nursery, LKG and UKG
In colourful classrooms and our activity room, lessons are built around activity. Blocks, puzzles, learning toys and craft work build early reading, number and social skills, alongside a range of activities beyond the classroom.
Early years development
What your child develops
The first years of school shape how a child learns for life. Our pre-primary classes build these six foundations.
Language
Listening, speaking, stories and picture reading, leading to letters, sounds and first words.
Early numbers
Counting, sorting, shapes and patterns, learned with blocks, puzzles and games.
Curiosity
Finding out about family, plants, animals, seasons and the world nearby.
Hands and creativity
Drawing, colouring and craft that also build the hand control needed for writing.
Movement
Indoor and outdoor play, music and dance for healthy physical growth.
Social skills
Sharing, taking turns, good manners and the confidence to be away from home.
