Student life
Achievements
We celebrate every child’s effort and progress, in the classroom, on the sports field and on the stage.
Through the year our pupils take part in Sports Day, the Annual Cultural Programme, festival performances and class projects. These are the occasions on which their hard work is seen and applauded by teachers, parents and friends.
Where our pupils shine
In the classroom
Projects and models made for lessons, displayed and explained by the pupils who made them.
On the sports field
Races, games and team events on Sports Day, the highlight of the sporting year.
On the stage
Dance, music and recitation at the Annual Cultural Programme and at festivals.
With books
Reading in the school library and taking part in the Book Fair.
At the computer
Coding and digital art projects made in the computer lab.
As people
Kindness, good manners and helping others, noticed and praised every day.
Effort first
Not every achievement is a prize. Teachers praise effort and improvement as well as results, and share each child’s progress with parents at scheduled parent-teacher meetings, so that success is recognised at home as well as at school.
